My morning begins not with excuses, but with movement: running, gym, stretching — it's important for me to feel strong and alive. Sport gives me calm confidence: I know what I'm capable of, and I don't need to prove it with loud words.

I like honesty—in people and in relationships. I like it when people have goals, a zest for life, and a sense of humor. I love discipline, but not the cold kind — the kind that helps you grow. I value actions more than promises, and people who keep their word. And yes, I like the feeling of healthy competition — especially with myself.

I am annoyed by passivity and complaints without any attempt to change anything. I cannot stand disrespect for other people's boundaries, insincerity, and playing to the crowd. If someone tries to devalue or manipulate me, I quickly close that door without further explanation.
