why YOU members dont answer mails here?! it is free and you can say whatever - this is virtual world!? and then, some of u complain if we dont send u any?!!! confusing!!!!

Most of the mails I get aren't worth answering... just spam: "Baby, I miss you so much!. Baby, I need you. Baby, you turn me on, let's get hot together." Stuff like that. If a host sends me a serious, legitimate email, instead of a stupid ad, I will answer it when I see it. But I don't always see them until long after they were sent, for two reasons: The ccMail notice does not always work, and I usually don't check ccMail regularly. And hosts can only send emails (ccMail) to members who either have been in a paying session with them, or have contacted them first by ccMail.

you know, one visit with a host does not constitute "spending time with" as you imply. And when you've had one visit, and then daily, or weekly, come the emails: "I miss you so much, baby" -- well, that's just bull-shit and it's just a sales pitch as either seemsreal or asickpup indicated below. Sounds like the three of us members who replied are fairly unanimous on this: there is a difference between genuine, sincere, personal ccMails, and those which are clearly spam/sales pitch come-ons. I always reply to the ones that are genuinely personal. I delete the ones that are spam, and flag the host for no return. The ones that are the worst are the ones that say "I love you so much..."

I agree. It's a matter of degree anyway... I can appreciate an effort to connect. When the message seems too "canned," I see a lack of effort and so probably won't reply.
But some hosts broadcast a message clearly meant for others as well, and it might be clever or funny or interesting enough to merit a reply.

almost all the CCmail I get is a group email sent out to every member that has ever seen the host. For that reason I do not respond. If the mail seems to be personal and directed to me only and seems sincere I will respond. Also I may go days or weeks and not be here so I do not see I have mail until then.

as for me, I'm too lazy to send group messages to every member just to remind about myself(I do it only on some main holidays and only for ones who I know well or we had nice time before). also I can write if guy just came in my vid and immediately left it as I'm worried what if it's linked with my video quality or any other reasons...but again not all answer it)about reminding yourself...well, if a member liked time spent with me he will return sooner or later, if not then it has not sense to write him ad letter:) better to spend time for new profile picture so he will see in the fav list(if he added) fresh pic and then probably will want to visit again)

The same happens to members. Often we get ccmail that feels directed not at us personally, but as just a sales pitch. I usually won't answer. But at times I've written fairly long emails only to be ignored lol. Oh well... If an email feels personal I will always answer, if only out of courtesy.

Entering Open Session when Someone Else is In
I know that it is allowed, and that Open means it's Open to all who want to enter. I know that if i want privacy I should select 1-2-1, i know that it's my fault for not choosing 1-2-1... but I STILL think it's rude to enter a session that someone else has already begun. And it is something I would never do. Just venting and frustrated.

It happens with me sometimes when i am in open session with someone and another member enters and he asks me to do things he wants, while i am busy with first member who called me. I think some curious members just want to see what is going on in pvt or they think they will see nudity :D

The Host can always remove the one he or she does not want or can enjoy the increased money by hosting both. His or her room its their rules not the members. :). Or go 121 inmmediately and problem solved.

YES WE HAVENT OPTION ACCEPT OR DECLINE MEMBER, IF HE ENTER PVT HE WILL BE IMMEDITIALY IN IT, AND UNTIL HE LEAVE OTHER GUY CANNOT MOVE TO 1-2-1. No one knows it's you in the open session except the host. You have no idea why someone might come into an open session after you've entered. It may be a relief for the host to have someone else there. Or not. Whatever, it's not up to you. It's up to the host to manage.

I was raised with the philosophy of "First come, first served." If i come across someone already in video session with a host I want to see, I will wait until they have left the session. I wasn't whining -- well, maybe I was -- I was expressing my frustration. I admitted I should have chosen 1-2-1 if I wanted complete privacy, that it was my fault for not having done so. And I wasn't complaining, as you say, because folks misinterpreted me - I was just clarifying what I said.

Okay, I overstated the whinyness of your post :) But I think you miss the broader perspective. CC is all about the hosts, not the members. At least with profiles you have some idea of what a host is like, and you have opportunities to get to know a host before you visit her (or him). But as a member you really have no clue what's out there in membershipland, except possibly by word of mouth.
So, while I mostly agree with your approach to open sessions, I don't have any expectations that a member is going to behave in a certain way. I have zero control over that.

As long as there will be the option for an Open Session, members will keep coming in, whether you like it or not. And this is not about rudeness, if somebody else wants to visit also. For somebody else can be a turn on to do that.

Well I agree with the OP on this I do respect other members rights to enter any open session they want. while its frustrating not all of us can afford full sessions in 121.
I like to talk for a while and very often have been frustrated to find someone else has entered before I decide its time to go pvt.
one option I'm sure that could be considered by CC is for an alert to tell us if someone comes. because sometimes its hard to notice and you have to ask the host.

Nobody is perfect... and we'll always deal with different types of people (either as a host or as a member). In any place or site there will be such individuals. It's just up to the host if she choose to consume her time and energy with such members.

its just like meeting ppl in the real life. youre not going to get along with most ppl you meet but youre going to make a few good awesome friends along the way.

Nah, I think the reason the forum ain't what it used to be has little or nothing to do with that. In the old days, there was a whole lot more of that kind of bantering. It was just overshadowed by there being so much more stuff. I think the reason for the forum's decline has more than one factor, and has more to do with changing clientele and changing inter-communication needs than anything else. CommChat is the same way. Chez does have a point, even if he was a bit strong in communicating it.
When I read your comments, I get the feeling it's kind of like an "I love you, but..." statement. The expression of love is there but it is negated or minimized by the "but". In your case, the compliment about being funny was there, but the "old" comment kind of makes a “so what” out of it. Just my thoughts on the matter. Anyway, Peace!
