a drama queen is the same kind of person who says: "a smart man never admits that he is wrong." of course he is THE one who is always in the CC limelight, and believes that he can say, or do nothing wrong, and will go to any lengths possible, in order to "win the crowd" and of course the ladies. he is popular with both members and chathosts alike, and strives off this virtual popularity. don't believe drama queen's are always female chathosts. they are male chathosts as well! they dominate CC on "almost" a 24/7 existence, therefore they become "a part of the site itself." and in some cases believing "they are the site." Basicly speaking, they are very obsessed, and or intoxicated with the site itself. Life for them outside of CC is very minuscule, and in some cases almost non-existent........CC has become a "safe haven" for them, and they gain a virtual kind of self confidence, which they may not have in the real world. They have many tools and tricks of the trade. jokes, ridicule, and cynicism are 3 of their most useful and successful. The age group in which MOST these DQ's are in, are between 20 and 30.....

I've been to Russia twice in the past 7 months. Crime and corruption operate at every level of society; never go to to the police if you're a victim cos the cure can be worse than the complaint. I'm impressed by my Russian friend's resilience in a country wher everything is so damn difficult and badly organised.

I wish them well but they are going to need outside help.

Now you know why there is so little western money being invested there; its really a third world country run by mostly criminals with the remnants of a first world military from the cold war.........a really dangerous combination in today's terrorist world with them looking for WMD. I think China with its high level Communist central control and its distributed low level capitalism is being viewed as a new role model for Russia with Putin but their society is so corrupt now that will not work either.

A sad history for the average russian who never seems to have any leadership that cares for other than itself. The brave ones have voted with their feet and left the country while most others drank themselves into oblivion to forget the whole mess at least temporarily.

For anyone here that lives in Poland... if you happen to run into the Pope during his visit, i would appreciate it if you could pass along this question to him from me:

If Christians, as the Catholic church says, should be willing to accept persecution for their belief in God and Christ and even be prepared to give their life in the name of God (rather than deny him).... then why does the Pope hide behind a huge wall and army of guards at the Vatican and ride around in a $300,000 bullet-proof car?

Oh and you can also ask him...... if we are to strive to be more like Christ and free ourselves from the temptations of worldly goods and sins of the flesh, then why does he live in the lap of luxury, wear fine silk robes and carry a huge golden staff topped with a large gold crucifix when Christ was a poor working man that walked around barefoot and drank from a wooden cup?

How can the Catholic church be so arrogant as to claim moral authority and dictate how people should live their lives when they themselves are greedy, power-hungry hypocrites? The Catholic church cares only about increasing it's own power, wealth an influence over people... not about spreading the true word of God. So next time you see the Pope and he extends his hand out to you expecting you to kneel before him and kiss his ring.... slap him five and say "Cool ring brother. I wonder how many starving children we could feed in the name of God if we went to the shop around the corner and pawned it? You didn't see what religion i practice because i do not practice any organized religion. I am a Christian. Formerly a catholic, until i saw enough of the greed, hypocrisy, lies and lust for power within the church to turn my stomach and step away from organized religion forever. Perhaps when it first originated, hundreds of years ago, the church and it objectives were pure. But i don't believe that lasted very long. The only ones that were allowed to read the original scrolls were people in power within the church... although few peasants were able to read anyway... those who had the scrolls and controlled them believed they were the only ones worthy enough to read them and speak of their teachings. Then they began to decide for themselves which scrolls were suitable to teach and which ones should be ignored. They controlled the scrolls and nobody else was allowed a say in it. That is how it started. That is why the Bible does not contain all of the ancient texts. The church decided for you what you should be allowed to read and what you shouldn't read. That is why the Vatican has a huge library and storehouses of religious artifacts and scrolls filled with writings from biblical times and Christ's teachings that you will never see. That is why anytime new scrolls are uncovered by archeoligists the church quickly collects them... studies them... and then vote among themselves whether they should be translated and published for the general public to read. You think they do that because they are trying to spread the word of God and his teachings? No they do it so they maintain their own power and authority over man. It has long been the opinion of those in the highest ranks of the catholic church, that no one gets into heaven accept through the Catholic Church. Although they might not say it publically anymore as they once did, they still hold that opinion. The Catholic Church does not recognize any other religion, even christian based religions as being legitimate. Check it out if you do not believe me, but i know from experience. A good example is that if you are married in another church... Protestant, Lutheran, or any other christian based religion, it doesn't really matter which as long as it is not a catholic church... and then you go to a catholic priest and tell them you are married and want to join their church, they will tell you that the Catholic Church does not recognize your marriage as legitimate and that you are living in sin with your wife. They will tell you that you have to get married within the Catholic Church beofre they will recognize ur marriage and accept you into their congregation. One of my best friends died when he was only 13 years old, and even though his mother was a devout Catholic and went to mass every day, they refused to bury her son in the Catholic Church cemetary because he had not been confirmed in the church before he died. To them he was nothing more than a heathen and they told her so outright. After his mother pleaded with them over and over again, they finally agreed to bury him... on the other side of the cemetary fence... outside the cemetary. I have plenty more examples like that of the Catholic Church and it disgusts me.

90% of the people in the german wwii army was not nazi's they was there as a result of compulsory military service. also many of those who volunteered from other countries did it to escape poverty, unemployment in their home countries, or as a simple adventure.

That is not true about Pope Benedict being a German Panzer Commander in WW II........He was a member of the German Luftwaffe as a Anti Aircraft Artillery helper in the War. At his young age during the war, most boys in his age group were conscripted into the German Army and Air Force as auxiliary personnel.....

I just watched on Catholic TV showing the Pope's visit to Poland. It said he was 5 years old when Hitler came to power and that he was a member of the Hitler Youth as a teenager. Later was drafted into the Waffen SS.

Becuz maybe he didn't want to deal with a bunch of pouty and miserable hosts whose boobs did not match his particular definition of a sexy boob. Since looks are a major part of working as a host, there is a great deal of focus on a woman's looks by not only members, but also by herself... and if a particular host's looks aren't exactly what a certain member prefers or likes or is looking for... then some hosts get extremely offended and behave childishly (even if the member was very polite and did not insult her in any way) and try to embarass or ridicule the member in front of others. I have seen hosts try to publicly humiliate members in community chat in front of everyone else there, by twisting the members words around to try to make it seem like he insulted her, or call him gay, or say he is a cheap bastard or broke..... simply because the host was not what he was looking for and he said no when she asked if he wanted to do video with her. And there is always some fool of a man that has no clue about what was really said between the 2 in their private messages, that just jumps on the bandwagon and tries to get everyone else in the room to gang up on the guy. A whole shit storm gets started and the man gets lambasted because of one childish little girl that can't accept that she is not the most beautiful woman in the world and not every man wants to fuck her.
