Altho I completed my half of the heart early Saturday afternoon, like others completed their half of the heart and did not get a match. I most certainly was a winner in a different way which I did not expect, just like others were winners in a different way.
Not only did some of us complete our half of the puzzle, and others came close to completing their's, we all got to see the many members who willing supported all of us hosts with their generousity, and as OldHand said below, we hosts did benefit a lot from the constant videos with members trying to help us hosts to complete our half of the heart.
Plus as I said above, I got to visit with some very nice members and hosts between videos and I had a lot of fun in video and out of video.
That in itself is winning in more then just one way. :) hugggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Again, I have to navigate countercurrent: it struck me how many hosts with a completed half heart were in search for a member with a completed half heart: supply exceeded demand,as stated by LadyAlexaInR? This means something is fundamentally unfair about this contest! And looking at the winner's list, it's clearly an inner circle that picks up the big monney: exception made for a few hosts I know very well from CommChat. As such, I want to apologize here publicly to these hosts for being rude in my short pop-ups during the contest. I sure do grant them they won, with all sympathy. Greetz, Fil

The Contest is not 'unfair' at all. Think about it more closely and you will realise that the Hosts are bound to over achieve in the completion of half hearts because that it what makes members continue going to vid in an attempt to complete their halves because they can see hosts with completed hearts waiting for a match. Those hosts who dont get a match have had a lot of business in order to get their halves completed so they should be reasonably happy even if they miss out on the big prize.

But!!!! My post was not to promote the contest nor to advertise, nor nothing of the kind, it was not intended to invite complaints nor for any negativity. I fully understand and respect your thoughts and opinion about the contest as we all have our thoughts and opinions about the contests, which we are all very much entitled to have.
However, my friend this post was intended for 3 reasons only,
1. To congratulate all the winners whether they won one of the 20 spots or not;
2. To say thank you to cc for simply being here.
3. The most important of all and the whole reason that I made the post was to say thank you to the Members.
I see many posts from members saying nice things about thier favorit hosts and other hosts they visit, and I see posts from hosts asking thing from members. Yet seldom do I ever see a post to the members and for the members saying thank you and letting them know how much they are appreciated.
I do not know what other hosts do to say thank you to members on a regular basis or at contest time. But I do know that without the members there would not be a site and there most certainly would not be any winners. So I felt it important to make a post to the Members to say thank you.
With all due respect to you my friend, please when you see a post that is saying thank you to the Members, please let it remain that way and let the Members enjoy the appreciation that is being shown to them. Because they most definitely deserve it. As I am sure you appreciate when someone says thank you to you for something nice you did for them. :) huggggggggggggggggggggggggg

I think in this contest cc wanted to motivate few new hosts . Even if they are not big earners.Also cc wanted to motivate some old hosts , who are online very very rare, few times per year, to make them work more often(????)It is obvious that in this contest not the biggest earners did won the prize.But only chathosts got lucky, who got a member in love with them.Chathost whos member complete, can win. So many popular and big earners chathosts didnt won, only coz their member didnt complete and was not able to join their heart.

I mean our members pay to go private, to feel get away from things, to feel special, to have fun and such, whether it is an open session or a 121. Most expect that what is said and done in private should stay between the two of you, especially if they are typing privately to you so others can not see, (unless they have said it is ok to share the conversation and information with others.) Then all of a sudden they either see or hear that information about them is posted for all members to see.
Although you wanted it to be a nice gesture, it would make some very uncomfortable.
Another problem might also be,
What if one of them had been in the video or free chat during, after or just before and their names, information and part of their chat had also been in the picture or pictures you did. Unless you completely cut out all traces of other Member's conversations and information in the picture or pictures.
What happens to their privacy that they paid for?
As I said I am not picking on you at all, I am simply just asking you to look at what some have said in a different way, other then seeing them as being jealous, or picking on you and instead of taking it personally and letting it upset you. :)

YES! i think if host want to show to member how much he spent and how many sessions they had,(to make him happy this way ) she could just send him in email. not nessesary for everyone to know that.otherway its look like bragging. I think it is all about privacy.Now i feel that any host could do that with me as well.

the way I look at it KoreanaDoll, I wish more host here would be like you to do something special for a member. I haven't ever video you before and if I did I wouldn't mind you doing something special foe a member, so again don;t let others get you down, The ones that complain here are the ones I see complaining about many others here. As a member I think it is great to see a host do a public thank you to us members. Seeing such gratitude is very warming. Thank you Ashley, that was very thoughtful of you and I see that there are some other members who also liked what you did.
I am surprised that out of all the hosts who were playing the contest and out of the 20 hosts that won the prizes, that only 3 hosts showed their gratitude. 2 of which did not even win one of the main prizes. Very classy ladies.
As for the big fuss made towards Ms. Koreana, I saw the pictures that are being talked about. It is not my name for the public to see, so to me it not a big deal, but I can see how it would cause unsettling feelings for a number of reasons. I would just hope a host would have enough respect to ask me before hand. Not that I ever expect such a show of gratitude.
