I see many of you on other sites and that is just how the business is. And many times you are in categories on other sites that are the same as your category here. But I see many in different categories. I see Glamour/Little shy hosts in non adult on some other sites. I see Glamour/Little shy in the equivalent of instant action on other sites. The official name for the girls on this site is chathost. The original cam site used to use that name as well, but has recently changed to video host. I certainly wasn't aware that the name video host had been implemented and changed from chathost. I don't believe the site itself has changed to being more degrading to their hosts and that is why I enjoy it here. If it makes the changes that many viewers have suggested after seeing something from another site such as voyeur, streaming video, free video chat then I would not be interested.

Seen it at other sites both free and for a price, and to be honest the women seem to be less relaxed at those places. First, they cover a bit of the pic whereas they could easily be completely on the outside of the pic. Usually, this isn't a problem, but occasionally they do block a more significant part of the pic.

Second, I think it would be better to keep the arrows under the pic like the next/previous buttons were. They just seem to stand out too much where they are placed now especially since the pics have a black border and the arrows are a pretty bright orange. Maybe they would be good for Halloween, but other than that, a duller color in a less obtrusive location would be better in my view.

The zoom? No. But the placement of the arrows and making the color not so bright? Maybe. They always had the arrows the same way with contest HD pics and all of a sudden they changed it so you never know. Perhaps they liked my idea or it was simply a case of great minds thinking alike. It might not have been that hard to do so perhaps they simply used my suggestion.

Yes, but under different nicknames. There are other hosts I knew back then, who are still active, also under other nicknames. I guess 99% of the "first hosts on CC" who are still around, changed names.

I would be surprised if any host working for 10 years has the same screen name. When CC started most hosts worked in studios. If she changed studio or started working from home a host would have to change her name. It is unlikely a host could be here for 10 years without doing one of those things. I know a host who has had the same name since 2002 but recently she has seldom been on line.

Anyone else find those black arrows in bright orange rectangles that are used to scroll through the pics to be annoying?
First, they cover a bit of the pic whereas they could easily be completely on the outside of the pic. Usually, this isn't a problem, but occasionally they do block a more significant part of the pic.
Second, I think it would be better to keep the arrows under the pic like the next/previous buttons were. They just seem to stand out too much where they are placed now especially since the pics have a black border and the arrows are a pretty bright orange. Maybe they would be good for Halloween, but other than that, a duller color in a less obtrusive location would be better in my view.
I appreciate that CC is trying to improve the site, but their web designer needs to think through things better. My other complaints would be that the pics in HD often look artificial since the originals are not at the best resolution, and that it takes longer to scroll through the pics since the pics load a little slower than the non HD pics.

I can't figure why HD pics should be smaller than the old low def pics. Shouldn't HD pics be something like full screen? Otherwise you don't gain anything by being HD over standard pics. If they are going to be so tiny just leave them standard definition so they load faster, but HD would be nice at like a 800x600 size or something, now that would be worth a slow load speed :)

im guessing (and hoping) that they are not finished tweaking the system yet and just have the smaller pictures as a stop gap measure until its all up and running. As for those who would reply and say stuff about beta etc, i don't know or care, just looks like they didn't decide to do it that way.... i hope, and they still working on it!

Given that I've just learned the rather shocking fact that a tampon soaked in vodka (and then inserted where tampons are supposed to go) is a current trend ... I have a cunning plan.

It's usually the host who asks for c2c so I fail to see why any member should be expected to pay a premium. Its only March but I think we can already grant the prize for the most inane post of 2011.

I am a member since 2000. And I know the site that invented cam sites charges a monthly fee for VIP membership that is needed for c2c. And there are 2 others that require a higher priced one on one pvt to use c2c. And there are 3 new sites I belong to that have no c2c.

I think that the first viewer should perhaps get some priority in terms of what type of show the host is giving, especially if the host is in the middle of a show when subsquent viewers enter. But if they are just chatting, she should probably distribute her time pretty evenly and all, including the first viewer, should understand that her response might be a little slow since it is open.
In terms of the host saying it isn't fair, the second member spent his money to come visit you. Even if it is $0.50, why should he be told "Get out! I'm busy!" Did you say that? No, but you might as well have. If anything, you should have told the first member (if couldn't hear the most annoying notification in the porn site world that you had INCOMING CONTACTS) that another guy had entered and that you might be a little slow in responding. The first viewer took the risk of this happening by not going 121 so that is too bad for him. The second viewer did nothing wrong by entering open so why tell him to get out?

just try give attention to all the guests. i would be angry if host ignore me even if i come second. and answer 1 word a minute. i would rate one. thats why so important to give attention to all of them.

I have gone in to open and always yielded to the first viewer. If we had a voyeur option on this site, it would eliminate a lot of this shit. And if a viewer wants privacy, that is why there is a 121 option. Just remember that 121 only assures privacy not a nude show in Glamour/little shy.

Camcontacts should really introduce a minimum time viewers have to be in chat before they are allowed to rate and leave a comment. On another very good site I broadcast it's 4 minutes, viewers can leave comments to which host can respond and rating is not anonymous!

again this same false statement about rating in cc. i have read how cc explains the rating to hosts, and there was simply said that even viewer is able to rate after 1 second in video, this rate do not count unless viewer have spent atleast 2 minutes in video.

Sorry but it has never been said that a rating does not count until after the viewer has been in room at least 2 min. You are thinking of another site!

While the other members may have a point I am happy to accept the risk that I may get a reply such as yours when I jump into someone else's video. When it happens I thank the host, say goodbye and rate her 5 stars and will probably visit her later (in 121).

im a host and if im a show already or a role play with the first viewer, that maybe put a lot of time and effort into creating his fantasy for that session, i wont interupt it for a guy who jumps in to say play with ur ass hahaha i couldnt care less about his 1 star, just frustrated guy who knew i was busy from the mom he entered , cope with the show thats already on or feel free to leave , jmy attention and full service always go on to the first one to join

The couple of times that I did ask a member to come back at the request of the first viewer in the room...have not been good so I look at it from the perspective of the guys coming into the room and I notify the first member that there are others in the room. He was taking a chance when he did not take you to 121 and OPEN means open to all viewers! Maybe you will learn too. You can't change how the viewers feel so you might as well try not to offend them...their only recourse if they took offense is to rate you low.

Right, thats normal practice. When host has only "open session" option (button) it is obvious that she is with guest(s) already. If some guy does not realize, hosts tell him.

Other than the horn that honks in the hosts room the original member does not have any notice that new guests have joined and he should be told so that he can understand he is not the one and only any longer. He can then choose to stay and share her attention or come back later and in 121 :) He is perfectly aware that he is not in 121 when he came in.... so he should be prepared for that to happen. 121 was an option when he chose to visit her.

Well if she has only the open option displayed I assume that there is someone in video otherwise both the open and 121 option would be displayed. However there have been posts that suggest a host can display only the open option.
So to answer your question yes I know someone else is in video. My main reasons for jumping in are
1. To hopefully catch the host naked (then I will stay silently).
2. To see if she is as attractive as her photos suggest and to give me an excuse to escape quickly if she is not.
I only go into open with hosts I have never had a video with. If it is a host I know I will wait until she is free and take her 121.

all sessions should be 121 (just one member in pvt) plus some external voyeur view for the ones who like to watch ... in silence... it.s almost impossible for a host to make 2-3-4 simultaneous conversations , click on pvt-texting for each(!) line AND do a show all in same time, obviously someone will leave unhappy .
an external voyeur would not bother the show , just watch, they can be 10 at once(no matter) but then the host will be able to focus on her show properly in this way to her only ONE member.

And if this will happen that there is only 121 and voyeur, i think no host will turn the option off. They will earn a lot more as they do now: Only higher-prized 121 available for session, plus voyeur`s money. Would be good for the girls but not so good for me ;)

A host can make a lot more money entertaining several at one time in open. The voyeur option is creepy!! I think it was well thought out and different when they set it up the way it is.

So nostalgic when I remember davedave rounding up members in commchat for a wet T shirt show - we each paid 50 cents only but the host was happy cos she had up to 6 members at the same time. We guys took it in turns to chat to the host during her perfomance. Very friendly and fun.

I never had a problem with this. I go into vid in open and another viewer there. She says to me, sorry ally, someone else here now. I reply, no probs love, I come back later. Seems like some members just invent problems. This is a wonderful place. When I was young, the only way I got see a pretty girl naked was to lay on the floor in the swim pool changing room and peek at the girl in the next cubicle. Sometimes it was a guy. :(

hello there everyone , some already know me with that name or soem other :p lol just to tell u some hello to all recognize me , i left cc for now 3 months and even its hard sometimes (cc can be addicted like drug as some knows :) ) just want to say thank u for all the girl that were able to accept my "temper" and my changing "mood" and "character " :) now all that said im getting married in mid may so coming soon and im wondering if its normal sometimes to have some panic , some nigthmare or stuff like that concering that wedding and future life . i mean i love her a lot (not a cc girl for all that migth wondering ) and i really want to spend my life with her and we have awesome moment together , so why si it like that? is it something "normal" ? psy can help?
