Here's my advice. Before you move in together, you'd better sit your BF down and work out some "apartment rules" you both can live with. Otherwise you'd better brace yourself for the fights to come. Or opens a door at the wrong time and SEES you in action? So, the two of you need to work out some serious ground rules for when you're working. And I'd also suggest some long heart-to-heart talks, to make him feel a lot more comfortable about your job. Otherwise, as I said, be prepared for trouble down the line. Anyway, that's just my two cents from a guy's point of view.
