Men and women are humans. Humans are capable of feelings and emotions. There's no psychology book classifying the emotions and feelings into male and female ones. We are individuals, hence the way we feel, and our own perceptions of said feelings are unique, that's all there is to it.

I don't agree with this, though I'm sure there are many who feel the way you have expressed. I believe both men and women -- depending on the person -- are able to love with heart and soul. Perhaps what attracts and stimulates one is different... but the capacity to love belongs to all persons.

The problem with such generalized statements is that one can always think of the exceptions. For example: "All men are pigs." While that may be someone's opinion, it is by no means true. Some men are perhaps categorized as such. But I think most would not be. And same is true about the capacity to love. I've known women who are shallow and self-centered. I've known men who are completely self-giving and deeply loving.

It's an individual thing, not something can be generalized. That's my outlook anyway.

I don't think it's just ego that makes it difficult for a man to express his feelings. I think it is, in many places, culturally programmed into us. I think it is also part of how we are made. I do believe that John Gray is pretty much correct in his evaluation of men and women in general in his book "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus" i don't agree completely with him, but I think he has some pretty good insights into human dynamics.

i am treating depression at the moment and i can tell u from personal experience that since i got the treatment for it (pills antidepressive) i GOT the insomnia..is a side effect from pills, so your theory not so good ..at least in my case:P

The thing which helped me most with my depression was exercise. Join a gym, or ask if your dr can prescribe membership. Better than pills

I agree with others above. See your Doctor right away. There are a lot of causes for insomnia. Sometimes the solution involves some minor lifestyle or environment changes. Sometimes medication or surgery are needed. Your doctor should be able to help.

When you see your doc, be prepared to hear about "sleep hygiene". Docs love that term. :)

LOL, just kidding. advice is good, but best advice is go to doctor. Everyone has insomnia to some degree from time to time, some night or nights they cannot sleep. But it is prolonged and recurring inability to sleep (or stay asleep) which is a detriment to physical and emotional health. Depression can cause sleeplessness and sleeplessness can cause depression... vicious cycle that. Feelings of guilt can, also. So can worries about finances, or relationships, or work to be done. But physical health issues can also cause insomnia, as can some medications. Also working out late in the evening, not giving your body a chance to slow down, before going to bed. So if you work out as suggested, do it earlier in the evening, or in the afternoon, several hours before bed time. Irregular sleep patterns can also cause insomnia: do you work different shifts? do you stay up late some nights, go to bed early other nights? If so, try giving your body a regular pattern -- "this is sleep time, and only sleep time." Don't read or watch TV in bed -- use bed only for sleeping. This tells your body, "this is the place for sleep, not for other things" (sex excluded hehehe) Try a warm soaking bath with relaxing bath salts before bedtime to relax you. Drink a warm glass of milk -- it helps sleep. Try drinking less caffeine drinks (coffee, pepsi/coke/etc., tea -- try drinking chamomile herbal tea -- it helps sleep).
If you feel guilty -- seek forgiveness and make right the wrong if you can.
If you are worried -- try to find a solution to the problem, or talk with a counselor, or both.
If you are depressed -- see your doctor. Some depression is physiological and can be treated medically. Some is psychological and needs counseling. Some is circumstantial -- and is usually improved when the circumstances improve.
If you are sedentary -- get out for a walk, enjoy nature, exercise -- physical activity helps both depression and insomnia (but see cautions above about exercising too late in the day)
If you never have time for yoursef -- take time, do something fun and enjoyable, buy yourself a present (a new piece of clothing, for example)
But #1 Advice -- if your insomnia is prolonged and recurring and ruining your life -- SEE A DOCTOR.

i suffer from insomnia. Its linked to depression, i think you should go and see a doctor straight away it took me 2 years before i went to see a doctor and in that time my marrige broke down and ended and i lost so much weight i looked dead. The doctor can help by either giving you tablets like prozac, or they will refer you to a psycolagist so you can talk more deeply about how you feel. Another thing is with me it was due to the fact that i never talked about how a felt or expressed my feelings. So i started to write everything down in a book i called it my book of feelings. Everything that was in my head i would write and when i started i found i couldnt stop like pouring my heart on to the pages. in 2 years ive filled 4 books. I've never shown these books to anyone there just for me. getting the thoughts onto paper i felt i could sleep more and it works now i sleep about 4 hours a night now. Not much i know but a little bit of something is better than nothing. I hope you can sort yourself out it just takes time.

I have taken Halcion (Triazolam) which, like Diazepam, is a benzodiazepine derivative. These are addictive drugs which mess with your brain. Interesting how this digressed into an argument. I have talked with DarlingHelen before and she is a very nice person and I'm sure she didn't mean to offend anyone. I can see where the intent might be to say that many (probably most) of the models have set their own limits and no amount of money can persuade them from going further or changing those limits. That should be respected. Greed MIGHT cause them to change those limits but the vast majority never do.

I dont' think the issue is spicy = greedy and sweet = ungreedy. I think the issue is that this is primarily a sex site and it is expected that those in the sex categories will do sexual things. Those in the general or non-sex categories won't. There is something for everyone here. Personally, I have found some very "spicy" (to use your term) hosts are extremely sweet. Some are, on the other hand, real [term deleted]. Some are friendly and warm, some are cold like fish and downright rude and unfriendly. i was a great fan of playback in the past .now my faves are still running same vids ive seen before (many times ).
best price for playback is between 50c and $1. no more than $1.00

For me cc is all about live interaction with the hosts, so i see no real purpose to playbacks. If i was interested in that sort of thing, for just a few minutes at the sort of rate you mention i could buy a professional video that could be viewed repeatedly. Its live video or nothing for me.

Live is better, If you want to run Playback video it should:

1. Cost much less than live video. $0.50 or less.
2. Hosts should give some indication what is to be seen on the video and how long the video playback is.

The single most important thing for me when deciding whether to watch playback is the description next to it. I want to be sure it is something fresh that I haven't watched before and have at least a teasing hint of what I might get to see during it. This is why I stopped watching ImCindy's even though I like the girl - if the description hasn't changed then in my opinion neither has the video. A nice, accurate description is such a big deciding factor in whether or not to watch - I'm still wondering what happened during one unnamed host's particular video playback that I didn't get to see (or hear either, for apparently it had sound) due to a very well constructed paragraph next to it.

If one of my "favorites" puts up something "special" then I will watch it almost regardless of price.
