Hosts can block individual members. When a host is in a password protected session only members who know the password can enter.

I'm aware of their option to block members. I'm wondering if password-protection can be member specific, so that if a hostess wishes to keep one member out, whenever he goes to her "confirm charges" page, there's a password requirement, but whenever anyone else goes to that page, no password requirement appears. is this possible?

It is not posible. Such a feature would also be illogical and pointless. If the host does not want the member to join her video she will never give him the password. If she is happy for him to joing why bother with the password.

The way the password protect works is the host makes up a password and gives it to specific members so that they can come into a private session so that they don't have to compete with other members when they agree to meet online. She has the option of changing it each time she comes into password protected sessions or keeping it the same so that the members she gives it to can visit her without competition.
This is a nice option for her dedicated members that get frustrated with trying to get into see her. This way they can decide to meet at a certain time without interruption. It is nice because it gives those members the VIP treatment that they deserve without having to wait inline :)

In fact her explanation that the password protection is for "boys who just want to chat" makes perfect sense. As she is in IA if she is in open video with some guys who just want to chat and someone else enters her video the last person is entitled to expect her to start stripping. Password protecting the room prevents this from happening. If her room is always protected then maybe she is happy with her current regulars.

That's not necessarily true. Perhaps she IS only talking, but she simply wants to conduct her conversations with 100% privacy and NO prying eyes at all. "Member" summed it up right -- the problem is she works in the Instant Action category. So if a second guy enters her chat room, he'll probably want her to strip on the spot, and THAT would kill the mood of the private or personal chat she was already trying to have.

Because 121 does the same thing you explained and if many have the password then unless she is in 121 in her password protected room then still in open anyone having the password obviously could interrupt.

Using the password session instead of 121 fits in perfectly with her explanation because it does allow more than one member to join the chat if he knows the password. She may give the password to several members on the understanding that when she is in a password session it is just for chatting. She can then relax knowing that anyone who joins the session will be someone she knows will not make unreasonable demands.

she needs to calibrate her choice of category (and the expectations that it brings) with the kind of show she wants to give.

The biggest game of the World cup so far. I hope that Germany will wint today because they play more attractive football. They English team always seems to be searching for a key pass through the defence and sometimes their football look like kick and run. But the German team doesnt always take the first or even second chance of a pass through and just crack the defence in the end. A good example of that is their goal against Ghana. They had the ball for a long time and had some chances to put the pass through but they were always searching for the best chance. Then in the end Muller and Lahm who many chances to cross the ball didnt and in the mean time their forwards draged the Ghana defence to the penalty spot kick and left Ozil free outside of the box who had all the time in the world to finish it.
England have better central defence and central midfield than Germany but the Germans have better goalkeeper, full backs and wings and their team look more united than the English team. But for many of the English players its their last chance to win the world cup so maybe they will bring something extra to this game. But I think you cant win the world cup with so many Liverpool players in your squad:)

A good all round analysis, but I disagree that the Germans have better fullbacks. IMHO Ashley Cole is the best all round fullback in the World right now and recently Glenn Johnson has improved his defensive qualities. The big question is if England can finally play in the finals as they did in the qualifiers. So far their performances in both the tornament and pre-finals friendlies have ranged from abysmal (every game except against USA and Solvenia) to poor (against USA) to average (against Slovenia). If England can perform well then it should be a great match.

I am not an English fan but at the time the goal was disallowed it was 2-1. Things may have been different if the score had been tied at that point in the match. How can football fans accept that this is how tournaments are held under these officiating standards? Do you consider it as part of the charm of the game?

With the exception of football, it can very rightfully be argued that the most popular professional sporting leagues in Canada/US DO represent the best talent in the world for the simple fact that those players from around the world are paid much more to come to North America to play in those leagues. Just as it can be argued that Manchester United or Real Madrid is the best football team in the world, you can argue that the New York Yankees is the world's best baseball team for the very same reason. It's not a matter of some kind of nationalistic arrogance, it's simply a matter of being able to pay the most for the best talent.

but you miss the point....the Yankees are not made up of Americans only, they are made up of all nationalities, similarly the NBA champions (whoever they may be!) So, while the NBA or MLB may be the best league in the world, the competitive teams cannot be called World Champions...becuase the teams do not represent countries. Right, quite OBVIOUSLY teams in the most popular professional leagues in North America are not made up of only Americans. Rather, they're very OBVIOUSLY composed of the best players in the entire world in their respective sports. That only serves to make MY point more. I followed the russia vs slovenia games and I have to agree it was very badly refereed and yes Russia should have progressed ...... but also Russia should have wrapped it up in Moscow but they threw Slovenia a lifeline . Anyway the world cup is turning out to be very interesting . France and Italy out , maybe spain tomorrow , england or germany in next round its looking like its a world cup for the south americans . I hope england progress but I am not sure what type of team will turn up on sunday , hopefully an improvement on slovenia as the germans will at least not put all their men behind the ball . i like many sports, soccer being one of them. I don't worship any of them, they all have good points and bad points, for example, some are slaves to time (soccer) some are not governed by time (baseball, cricket). Those who worship a sport and feel the need to denigrate another bore me. As much as I like soccer there are problems with the modern sport at least at the World Cup level.............get more officials on the pitch, use some form of instant replay (1 challenge per game? per half?), playing to tie and the flopping and drama queens!

Even though i still think we'll get thrown out by the first decent opponent we encounter, it's curious how people always prefer to tone down one's merits by lowering the other team and not by giving credit where credit is due.
I thought North Korea was the same team who only lost 2-1 against Super-Brasil, but i probably watched another game afterall...

Portugal just condemned the entire team and their families to a lives at a north korean workers camp. I hope you are happy Portugal. If only the Dearl leader, Kim Hung Low had played the score would have been different.
