Yes I know free chat sucks and you girls are here to make money. Trust me! I am on your side with this and few member understnad this and I am one of them. Ask anyone I've talked to or any my regs and they will tell you I dont abuse free chat and they always continue to gain from me after our free chat session.
But this just seems rude. I'm not going to buy a car without a test drive. (similarity to a object and a girl is not intended) But just a little courtesy then? I know I'm not going to want spend money with some pushy girl that makes it obvious that all I am is a pay check. Yea, I know broken down to the basics we are, but try not to make me feel like it.

Shop assistants rarely greet you and it's like them doing you a favour to shop in their shops.
It's the same with restaurants. Nobody waits for you at the door and escorts you to a table.
A taxi driver will never help you with the suitcase and also never give you back the coin change.
There is no courtesy in peoples' relationships.
But you know what?!
It took 3 years living in England to realize this and be shocked when I visit my country. Before that I thought it is perfectly normal service.

I'm sorry you had some free chat abusers, I'm not but its the few (or many) that ruin it for all of us. As for free chatting before coming in, its not so much about spending the money. I just like to get a feel for the host. Being a viewer that doesnt like to leave without saying good bye, I'd have a hard time coming into a video (uninvited) and chatting for a minute and saying, "I dont like you good bye." I couldnt do it.
Theres also the arrogance issue with that. You think your time is only good if your getting paid for it. Like I said befor, never expect anyone to work for free, but if I have to pay for a hello. I have a problem with that.
As for asking country, thats just small talk. I have had hosts tell me its a secert and they are still in my favorites and we still talk and I still dont know where they are. I'm cool with that. The last game was totally in the hands of the members and if they did not feel like playing, then no matter how much money you made or how much desire to win the prize you have, you will win zero... A very efficient way to get a prize is by the amount of money that a chahost can make during the contest. The winner takes it all!!!
About puzzle...I won't be too much excited when the puzzle is on next time because all what I got after the last puzzle was the pure disappointment.

I enjoyed the last puzzle, because it required a little skill, but it detracts from the reason alot of guys are here. Who wants to pay for a show, but solve a puzzle instead? And this puzzle needed alot of attention if you didnt know the host right away.

I personally , mixed it up this puzzle, did some shows with hosts that weren't interested in playing and play with other hosts that were intersted in playing. Ana here being one of the players (K) good guesser and a hot alli. Even through in a little show in between letters.

Maybe, a game that time spent would go into a time bank to spend time playing a game of skill. I dunno.

I liked puzzles too, well not actually LIKED but they were the best from all offered games. As for the last contest, i think its just a silly idea. Most guys come here for what? For a show, not to play some game, catch letters or stuff. At the beginning i was asking guys who were commin to my room, if they wanna play it or not. And guess what? NONE of them agreed to play. Not even 1. So i stopped asking, and decided not to bother. And by the way, the traffic was so slow for me, cuz many of members i guess decided to stay off cc during the contest, cuz as DirtyPunk said, they dont wanna see a host with dollar sign in her eyes. And i agree, some girls are obsessed with contests, and it freaks guys out.

Now that the game is over it would be nice to know how much the winners actually spent compared to their prize money. I have a feeling they are not too happy right now or have money to burn. The hosts and CC make a killing on these games from addicted members. Long live Capitalism!!!

I spent a shitload of time in video, never did read the rules of this game and had one of the best and longest video sessions I've had on this site. I came for fun and entertainment and got exactly that without all the distractions of the game, so for me this was the best game yet. :D

You say that the winner spent at least $1.00 for each 20 points won. What is the basis for that calculation? I played the game in three sessions and averaged about 35 points for each dollar spent. If I was more familiar with hosts pics and with more practice I guess I might have got this up to 50 points a dollar. On that basis the winner spent $4612 and won $5,500. Second place spent $2780 and won $3,500. What is surprising is that is that the winner kept on spending when he was so far in the lead.

dont know about that..i played the game for just one session(what the heck) and ended up with 1600 pts for about 50$ spent....
id say if you committed to it, and used a little strategy(restarting sessions until a long hostname comes up, split up search responsibility between u and host, etc..), it would have been hard to do worse than about 5000 pts per hundred dollars(which is still a losing proposition, at any rate).

agreed, those who were just unlucky enough to finish outside the top 10 will be kicking themselves...having spent the better part of a grand(or more??) to play the game and get nothing in return.

I\'ve had hosts on my yahoo contact list who couldn\'t say hi without trying to get a pay session or some king of money out of me. And I have some whom I\'ve gotten along with in video so we still chat away from the site just for friendly chat. Note the past tense on the first type.
Like was said above, there are good and bad of both hosts and members. But the bad ones are easy to get rid of, and you don\'t really miss them when they are gone.

Sorry IMAO, its never easy. We're not all bad, nor are all the hosts bad. It does go both ways. I think there's reason to be cautious on both sides of the dollar sign. Its easy on both sides to get caught up in the allure of international relationships, experiences never had, and stuff like that. Yes a little bit of experience in those words. In defense of Cam Girls
In defense of the Hosts, I can understand a girl being in LTM because she might want to meet a nice guy, but unfortunately by being in that particular category she's not getting the overall customer traffic she needs and thus she's not making the money she needs to pay her bills each month. Let's face it, most guys come to a cam site for sex and nudity, so they're not looking at LTM as the category where they'll get a girl to strip fast and for little money. So to compensate for that, I can understand that a Host might choose to appear in other categories as well in order to get the traffic she needs and to make the money she needs to get by.

I like your post, but don't agree with all of it. For example, I certainly have sympathy for any Host who feels stalked. I don't think a Host should have to give up her personal information after 5 minutes. I understand that a Host will want to protect her privacy from online crazies. But let's be clear about something too. Stalking to me would be a guy seeing a Host under several false names to keep an eye on her. Stalking would be a guy charting when or where she appears as she works, maybe even writing down the names of her guests in free chat to keep track of who she is talking to. Stalking would be a guy jealously demanding that a Host tell him where she was that day since her schedule was different (when the truth is she simply went to the doctor or grocery store). I think we can all agree that stalking is a very serious and bad thing.
On the other hand there's a BIG difference between that and asking for personal information after only 5 minutes versus expecting some very real and very honest answers from a Host after you've spent a lot of time with her. If you've spent months seeing a Host and developing a relationship, and if she says you are now a real friend to her...or if she says that she loves you now...then I don't think it's unreasonable for a guy to ask for her real name, real phone number, real address, etc.

LOL I'm a good guy Tisme, I promise! :) But I'm familiar with the kinds of behavior I listed because I've seen and heard things first hand. I have friends in law enforcement, plus I have a close friend who specializes in Internet security that has told me some truly wild stories. I also have a female friend whose ex BF turned into a loon and gave her grief for years, and I even have a male friend whose ex GF did the same thing to him.

There's bad people on both sides of this.
